Juicy – Blackcurrant – Herbaceous - Textured
A stalwart of the St. JOHN wine lists, this is lively, juicy Cabernet Franc at it's best. Light and easy drinking, but with enough about it to enjoy with food. Delicious are both traditional serving temperatures & chilled down too.
Grapes are sourced from a variety plots around St. Nicolas de Bourgueil and Chinon. 25 days on the skins in full carbonic maceration, and then aged briefly in amphora vessels before bottling.
