The Antech family have produced sparkling wine in Limoux for 7 generations now, and it was only 15 years ago that Francoise first considered making a sparkling rosé, something nice for their parties and what's the harm!... as of 2025, remarkably, this is now the wine they produce the most of from their estate... so we guess they had a knack for it!
Sparkling rosé is hard to get right, but the Antech family seem to do just this year in year out - the wine is crisp & fresh with a restrained elegance, there is delicate red fruit and subtle floral notes on the palate. A perfect aperitif on a blue sky day.
