Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our kitchen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your St. JOHN selection.

If there is an issue, take clear photographs of the packaging and the product to help our quality control team assess the situation.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority replacement of your goods.
